Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) is an excellent method of encourage cell reproduction, improving the growth factors of skin and hair. The process involved collecting blood from the patients arm, separating the platelets from the rest of the blood components via a centrifuge, extracting the platelet-rich plasma and injecting the required area with the PRP.
PRP treatments are not generally covered by insurance when used for cosmetic purposes. Check with your insurance carrier for coverage details.

You should see improvement from the first session after 6 weeks, and it is suggested to have one PRP Treatment every 2-4 weeks to start with and then once a month after that. Results improve with sessions and have an infinite lasting period. PRP treatments do not wear off.

- We will book you in for a two week review, to check up on you and how you are healing and discuss any further treatment
